What's the title of the film with Lee Marvin where he try's to break a horse in?

i need to know the film where Lee Marvin stars as a tramp sort of thing and he try's to break a horse in and while doing so he smashes the town in but i can't think what the title was and i loved that film can anyone help please ? :D thanks a lot
