I need help asap:::best answer=most # of points?

Ok....i live in baltimore and i'm in the 8th grade and i have a project due Nov.6 and i have to make my own small quilt with my own designs but we can buy a plain quilt and get the iron on paper and put designs on there.....i want to kno which would be better and cheaper to do (buy a quilt and get iron on's or sew my own quilt)......and i want 2 kno where i should buy my supplies from.....i also would like 2 kno where i could find the iron on paper if i choose that one.....plz help nd thnks
