What are the pros and cons of having Hilary in Barry's cabinet?

in his cabinet she is merely an adviser...in the Senate she is influential in formation and page of laws...can effect a whole lot more people...on the other hand as a cabinet member she will get much more recognition and not have to take the blame for failed policies...so it sets her up for yet another presidential run.
