Why are Republicans these days more whine than real substance?

Why haven't you been paying attention is a better question? The power grab spending package is just that and has done nothing to stimulate the economy. The Panetta leak to cover Pelosi's lies is obvious to a 3rd grader. And West coast liberals have the franchise rights to the "whine and cheese" parties.
