Is Cramping an effect of pregnancy?

Im 13 . and i might be 6 weeks pregnant . Im not sure but I've been felling like a can't move . my stomach is killing me . It hurts to cough and laugh .and it even hurts to get out of my bed . how do i tell if Im pregnant?
