What do you think about nationwide, allstate for car insurance ?

I have progressive and pay the bare minimum on coverage. I only have liability. I pay like 80 a month for nothing. bodily injury 15/30 , property damage 5,000 , medical benefits 5,000 , uninsured 15/30 /underinsured 15/30, roadside $14 for each car. I have a 94 camero and a 99 chrysler 300m . allstate said 50,000 for propery, the rest is the same and roadside but only towing which they said they will reimburse me so do i have to pay for it first. nationwide is 40 a month with 15,000 property everything else the same and roadside basic whatever that means for 10 bucks . who should i go with and why ?
