Does the resignation of the accused BART officer implicate guilt? (16+)?

I don't think guilt is implied here, I think guilt is OBVIOUS to anyone who has eyes. This is one lousy cop, especially if he doesn't know his TASER from his side arm!! I'm pretty sure they teach that in cop school. This Mehserle guy is guilty of murder 2, 25 years to life in penitentiary... there can be no doubt about it. It is a travesty of justice that he hasn't been charged. I hope the victim's family sues him into oblivion.
